I am the Day School Director here at Tiny Giants and so much of what I do on a daily basis here stems from my own childhood. I come from a large, incredibly close, and loving family who have always set an example of what it truly means to care for others.
My passion for working with children began when I was young. In high school, I had the opportunity to take courses in early childhood development and autism spectrum disorder at Crafton Hills College in Southern California, then quickly began working hands-on as a tutor. I continued academic tutoring for the following decade while also furthering my own education in registered behavior technician (RBT) and applied behavior analysis (ABA) through a non-profit company called Easterseals. There I was able to focus on the social-emotional development of children. Whether I was tutoring, providing ABA therapy in school or nannying, my intentions have always remained the same. I believe that every interaction we have with children should leave a positive impression that lasts a lifetime. A personal goal of mine is to provide your children with the tools to become independent and to develop their ability to advocate for themselves.
Between my role at Tiny Giants, the love and support from my family, and my sweet 100-pound Staffy named Bolillo, my days are filled with gratitude and happiness.
