Favorite Children's Book: “The Bear Snores On” by Karma Wilson
I am a native San Franciscan and have been working with children for over 30 years. I received a Bachelor of Science from UC Davis in early childhood and completed a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and Masters in Education from the University of San Francisco. I am the proud mother of three young adults—who were all some of the very first Tiny Giants students—and have been happily married for almost 25 years.
My passion truly lies in working with children and families. I believe in the relationships we build and put communication at the forefront in establishing them. This journey during a child’s formative years should be a true partnership between our teachers and families in order to provide our children with an optimum experience.
When I am not at Tiny Giants, I enjoy reading and taking my dogs on long walks. We spend a lot of time visiting our children, who are away at school, and watching our youngest son play football. We love spending time with our family and friends and live a very active, social existence. It is my absolute pleasure to get to know and work with all of the families who call Tiny Giants their home. I look forward to many more years of being a part of this Tiny Giants family.
